And this is my Female, That ive been trying to breed with him, shes like 1cm bigger but they've already spawned 3 times, each time they make it to the wrigglers stage but never to free swimming, they are great parents and super protective, but i have a few small fish in the tank with them who i suspect pick off the babies at night

My female Fader, (has spawn many times and have gotten many babies from her)

I've been feeding my fish this stuff called Fast Color, and wow has it made a world of difference. as you can see from the pictures.. i 100% back the product. it only brings out and intensifies the red pigments.

Lol thanks everyone, i'm quite proud of how they're turning out as well. or how they've turned out.

I don't have a recent picture of the entire tank atm. Lol i wouldn't mind showing it. but i'm just embarrassed cause i'm probably gonna get flamed for being an infamous overstocker.. >.<"

The thing is i don't find it a problem because i know in myself i clean and maintain my tank regularly.. the water is health and clear, and the fish are healthy and don't fight like everyone thinks they would of should.
They've all been together since they were small except my Oscar pair who i've had for the longest. They all get alone fine, i mean cichlids are cichlids and they flare up etc. etc. but ive had no serious injury.

I have , breeding pair of Flowerhorns. the two i uploaded

breeding pair of Oscars, 1 Female Jag, 1 Dovii, 1 TexasxConvict (had since egg), 1 Pure Texas, 1 Red Blood Parrot and 2 2inch FH fry from my female, but not the male. Different dad who i already got rid of, the brother of my male but had no pearls.

Lol i'll probably get flamed just for the info i gave. Okay might as well bite the bullet. *prepares for barrage of attacks*

Oh yeah i also have a 3inch red bay snook as well.. but i'm not so sure if i want to keep it.. Same with my Dovii, all my fish except the BP who i got very recently and the Snook have been together for like 2 years others like the Oscars for over 6 years.

I know where you are coming from. But many years of fishkeeping has told me 'a bit overstocking' to distribute aggression is better than a couple of fishes being targeted and harassed all the time. Clean water you gotta have in any case.

well yeah thats why i think i've been able to do what i have, i keep all my dream fish, and in one unique and interesting community tank. I'd understand if people got angry or upset at people or even myself if i didn't maintain my tanks or care for my fish, but anyone who knows me knows im obsessed with these guys and i care for them.

But yeah I read heaps of those questions about if people can keep FH's in community environments, well i guess i'm proof that it is "possible". The thing is Ido know that there are FH's and dovii and all sorts of aggressive cichlid which thrash and deplete all their tank mates within minutes. So in saying that i find myself very lucky.
