Update on my new fish room.

They did the first coat of stain today and it looks great. When they are done I will upload some pictures.

Beautiful setup. Too bad I can't do that to my basement...I have the same dimensions but alas...I set up my basement to be a home theater.

I knew I should've moved out to east cupcake..hehe...but the taxes..sheesh..maybe I'll sell my house and move over the bridge and head out to SI...get a bigger house..make a nice fish room/home theater. Only obstacle is the wife...hmmm...

Anyway, keep up the great work...all you need is a nice bose system, shiatsu chair..small fridge and you're good to go!

now that is no fish room... that is a fish gallery. the way you set up the plumbing on the old post shows neat and clean set up. the wood works is just unbelivable! did you use all glass for the tanks it seems like and you painted all black except for the front pannel for viewing of course. how much gph are you pumping in the whole set up? if i get a bigger house in a couple of years i might end up doing the same thing as you did. i love the way you planned it.

I have three pumps that pump out about 3000G each an hour and yes I painted all sides but the front with black paint. I do have a small fridge in the room but I could use that chair...
