update on my new w/c jack dempsey pair with pic

they are now in my 100 with 2 tfb and a loach. they have started nesting and claiming territory.hopefully not to long before they lay eggs

some lady told me they were green terrors
and she was selling her dad who just dieds fish

and she brought them in a dark container so i seen a gt shape
paid her and put them in when they came out the caves i was like wth are these
and i took em to my lfs and they said the elusive red head jack dempsey and the only way to get them is
to cathem yourself or pay hella to have them shipped

the lady didnt know her fish and wanted to make a buck lucky me they r nesting already

Its not wild caught unless you caught it or purchased it from a reputable vendor/collector with a legitimate reputation for carrying such.

Ive seen red wine variant collected in Belize from UMBEEKING He collected and brought back male and females

they have a red color to them nice crown and long fins....short nose beautiful specimens

we may go collect in 2011 look out mfk these guys are very nice and may be avalible .
