I am truly sorry to hear you gave your Midas away. They indeed do have a great personality but most definitely vicious towards its mate.

Thanks. I do suspect it having Thai silk in as well. Being that I got it at petsmart he can be mix with a whole lot of other genes as well.

Thanks. I am happy how he turned out. I am hoping to continue his line with a vieja female to strengthen the fins but he has been too aggressive towards the female. I tried twice with no success yet.
 
thanks the first pic I think is a female and the next one I think is A male they are about 2 1/2 3 inches what do you think?
 
Anybody know what kind this is bought at pet smart a month ago he grew at huge kok he is about 3 and a half inches
