Hoyo! You def should these guys are amazing! I'm not a cichlid fan as a general rule but I am hooked on Pikes! Thanks Peanut! They are eating Hikari Excel, NLS large fish formula, Nightcrawlers, Bloodworms. Krill. Annd anything else pretty much lol. Such piggies.
So far they are playing nice with the Gar and eels. Not sure if this is going to keep workign or not as they mature since no one is particulalry aggressive in the tank, 'cept potentially them. I did see them mouth at one of the gar but the gar didn't really seem bothered. They have staked out the driftwood as theirs, So they only get mouthy if anyone gets to close to it. And no ones been "chased" as of yet. So keeping my fingers crossed everyone keeps playing nice.
