awsome love them. that castle in the middle is insanely expensive at my LFS and i just wondered how much it cost you.

Thanks, it probably cost me around $100.... but as I get more money saved Im probably gonna go for a more driftwood look so the castle will get moved to another tank

Your fish are awesome...I have the same castle including the other two smaller matching castles on each side. They cost me a bunch of money and I don't even use them anymore. I kept them with Africans for about 8 months and then moved to sand and driftwood. Also switched to Peacock Bass...

Good luck and definately post another update when you switch the environment.

nice setup

Hi mate.

Nice tank size and nice fish but I am not pretty sure about that castle.

That is not me, personnaly I would sustitute the caste for a couple of mangler roots and maybe some stones or clay figures.:headbang2

Moreover I would plant a llitle more trying not to crowd the tank with plants, just some few although Ive' seen some pretty cool naked piranha tanks.

You could use a mix of plastic and live plants aswell.

But I'd definetly forget about the castle, I 'd like to give that tank a more wild look and you don't find medieval castles in the middle of the amazon river...:screwy:

Just some thoughts at the end is your call If you like that castle good!!! because It has to be the best to your eyes at the end.

Cheers.

who cares about the castle? the rbps have great color I always wanted to keep them.... never got around to it

Put a black background on the tank and it will look much better.

Fine looking Pygos. Nice tank. I have a set up with four that I am thinking of doing away with in favor of maybe making a FOWLR tank to complement my reef but I am in a state where I am not "technically" supposed to have them. How would I go about selling them? any suggestions?
