i cought mine about to kill one of my{piraya} b4 they could i removed his A-- to atank by his self but one of them did meet his demise. man they cost 2much 2 replace at 7,8,9inches!
thanks bro, yes it was just like a scary movie. the last 3 caribe deaths were very freaky.
its was those three fat piraya and 3 caribe 2 very large and one smaller caribe. i was feeding them as much as possible because there was alot of tension in the tank the caribe at once side ( side with no decor) and the piraya claming the driftwood side of the tank. one afternoon i cam home from work and found one of the remaining caribe half eaten . that night i fed them well and hoped the remaining 5 fish would just get along, i fed them again and made sure everyone had gotten their share...
that night it was the 3 large piraya and the large caribe and small caribe all by themselves. the smaller caribe was found dead in the morning with the larger one remaining tattered fins and all. after work i found him dead.
all that was left were these three monsters.
