This is the original thread I posted...there you can see the original pics of fish when they came in...
http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=205646

So, I ended up taking 4 of them home because we were having visitors to the store and I didn't feel like explaining why I had native fish in other tanks...anyway, I put them in with my 2 senegalus just because I didn't have anything else to do with em. Well, needless to say, they did not all make it :D I have one left...he was the biggest on of the bunch and he has grown quite a bit since I brought him home. I say "he" but I really don't know what it is :) He doesn't bother with my Bichirs much...guess he knows what happened to his friends lol. He is probably 3-4 inches now. Sorry about the bad pics...my lighting is bad and it is hard to get good no flash pics with bad lighting :) Anyway, my question is...do we still think he is a Green Sunfish? There was some debate over this in the first thread and I thought new pics might help...Oh, and pardon my dirty glass...it is hard to keep the algae growth down when everything you put in there to eat it gets eaten itself :P

wow he looks good!

Sweet :) Thanks guys! And I will get to work on that glass cleaning :P lol...I do that all day long at work and I really don't feel like doing it when I get home...

Definitely a green sunfish.

To put to rest your desire to have an ID on this fish, It is a Green Sunfish, Sex unknown. Will grow to a respectible size and be mean always. A very attractive and desireable fish, but will never play well with others.
