Nice looking bichirs and they look very fat just like all my bichirs. You're using just a sponge filter for that 55gal tank?

Yup. And a Duetto Filter. Purchasing a canister this month, and also a 125G tank, for them.
The sponge is squeezed out weekly, when I do my weekly 50% tank water change. The water is always cystal clear and params are great. I also donot overfeed.

The 125 tank will have my BGK, the 2 Sens and the Delhz in there. Would love to add an Ornate though, but not sure if I will have enough room. Or how compatible they would be.
