update on the hybrids and the new marble

yeah i saw the special order granite at lowes and liked some of it but didnt like the $13 for each one price tag lol. but thats whats going to end up happening i can feel it.

thanks, and it just depends on the type of gravel. it can be too sharp if you are not carefull. i think mine is carribsea peace river gravel or something like that. it has been pretty good to me. its not tearing up the discs at all. but when they go into the bigger deeper tank gravel is harder to clean so im going to tile so im not shoulders deep in the tank so often.
 
When your rays are 8" plus they move the gravel into piles. My tank always had a path along the front that was bare. They kept swimming back and forth and would push all the gravel to the back.
