Update pics of my Tems and Orino!

Thanks guys. Could you tell me, how much do you guys in the US pay for feeders like guppy's. They don't sell 'feeders' in the UK so it would cost me about £9 ($18) for 10 guppy's. I'm feeding my cichla frozen bloodworm at the moment but I fed them some small swordtails my mum didn't want anymore and watching them eat these was amazing.

I got mine on anchovies and shrimps. You can try any oceanic white baits or shrimps available at your local supermarket. They are cheap with better nutritions then pallets. At least I thought so.

I tried shrimp and they don't show any interest. I can only get them to eat bloodworm but I will try diced up fish.

This is a really old thread Ash. I had these fish back in March 2008. They were my very first cichla.

The orino died unfortunately. The temensis I raised to about 13-15" and then sold them to make room for more orinos, kels and the pinima.

This is the most recent pic I have of one of the tems before they were sold.

Sorry tim i realised after posting. . . thats a very nice looking tem, wonder what they would be like now
