Update pics on my Red Dragon shortbody flowerhorn Bolo

I'd really like to buy one if you breed him but I wouldn't have a whole lot of money to spend. I have a spare 55 I could set up. Nice fish!

No problem, Im sure my first few batches will be for fun only. Although Im not really sure if it will happen at all, Bolo has not been a breeder in the past but if it happens, great. I do have a couple other fish Ill put in the mix as well. But consider yourself on the list.

I just got him three days ago, from fltropicalfish where I got my kumfas. Everytime I get a fish though, I see another one that I want, its a vicious cycle. He has some nice small pearly koksters and a bunch of interesting next generation fry.
 
Im actually thinking of adding some more fish, I was going to get another parrot but I might try one of my kumfas instead. I like his style of dominance, he doesnt seem to do much damage so if I get another hollow log where the kumfa can chill I might just do it.
 
Well that was a near disaster. I got a bigger log for my kumfa to hide in when I put him in, well he got harassed by both fish and didnt use the log to hide, and then Bolo got in the log and got stuck...almost dropped the light and glass top in the tank, but I managed to get him out. A $30 log and now I cant use it or he'll die in it. The funniest part was the little parrot bullying the kumfa, the nerve of the guy.

So looks like its only Bolo, the parrot and the tester fish in this tank...
 
Awesome!! have fun with him, they are a pet. Ive become pretty close with mine, like a dog.
