Update shot of my bichir tank...

My setup is always evolving, I like to move things around, and since I added a ton of bichirs in the past few months I had to make space adjustments.

I took out all the lace rock to be used for a future setup with smaller fish.

I covered the driftwood branches in moss and finally tied down the ferns, and moved the two lilly plants together.

Think I need to add anubias in the left corner.

Yeah it is, I told you she is always hanging in that corner, that side of the tank (the bright side) is where all the smaller bichirs hang out, and the big ones hang out on the left side under the driftwood.

Yes, I had a 'giant fancy plants - bamboo' plastic plant floating in the left corner, but I took it out because algae was growing on it, and it was blocking light from the sword plants.

Thank you brutha, your girl is doing great! She got her ass chewed the first night in, but she's already taking tilapia and massivore. She looks soo good man, I love that fish.

Tanks is looking good! I always wanted to add plants to my tank but my RTGG and phoenis keeps on distroying them. Even my aussie lungfish will nibble on the leaf. My fire eel, tire track eel and SAL and dorids will uproot them. Plant won't even last a week in my tank. If I add some drifwood my ripsaw catfish will always messed it up. I might do a semi-planted with drifwood and rock on the future tank though.

What kind of lighting are you using?How many watts? Any fertilzers?
What is the substrate called where did you get it from? Tanks is absolutly amazing looking. Do you know what plants you have.
