That's true, many TIGs die young, but, they turn hardy when they get big. I'm lucky that I started keeping it at 1" (for a lower price), and no bad thing happened. It's 120 US$ for an one incher, and could be like 300 for a 7 incher here in Taiwan.

do you know how big tigs get before they become hardy fish? it's amazing you were able to keep it from 1" to almost 2ft.

The best looking tig I have seen!! the patterning is a blessing that has set it apart from all the rest....if I were you I would be more than happy that he turned out so unique that last back photo rocks
