well i realized that my tem was getting to big so i had to go out and search for a new tank. i was fortunate to find a tank at my budget. so i jumped on it came home with some more cichlas. the tank size is 76x20x24 = dimensions of a 180 but its really a 160.

pictures can be disturbing since they are currently housed in a 40 gallon. just waiting on the big tanks to cycle.

so far my count is
3 tems
4 monos
10 orino's (but 6 might be gone just dont know when)

heres a picture of my new tank. the tank size is 76x20x24 = dimensions of a 180 but its really a 160.

Nice Bass. I'm glad you found a bigger home for them. New tank looks great.

Bass are looking super nice....

Thanks for all the responses.

i cant wait till the big tank cycles.

anybody know how long it would take if i used the previous owners SUMP with the old stuff and bacteria in it, also i dumped my canister filter floss in the tank to speed things up, threw in a couple of rosey, 3 shrimps (vampire - according to the previous owner) and some cory's. i cant wait any longer its killing me.

How long has it been running??

I cycled mine for 5 days brand new, also test the water.

Finally, you got any pics of the rich orinos??

they are still that tiny:WHOA:

mine grew like beasts after eating cichlid bio gold +!!
