UPDATE: Wild Oscar........

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
So he lost all of his color? He still looks sweet though. I like the bright orange eye spot(can't remember the real name right now) on his tail.

He's just going through a metamorphasis.

The squigly lines when babies usually change or go away and as they mature, a new patern will often develope.

He might still have some really bright colors, but he's just in an inbetween stage.

At the same time, he might have very little color at all.
But some of the coolest looking Oscars are the w/c with very little coloration except on the fins. :)

Nice oscar,I like that he has no color

Great looking Oscar! Do you know where he was collected from?

That would be sweet! I've been on the hunt for an Xingu Oscar for a while, but yours looks pretty cool too! I wouldn't mind tracking on down!

Nice oscar! Love the look of the wild ones! how agressive is he.

I find that the wild caught ones are far more aggressive then your traditional aquarium raised O's.........
