wow i dint know they breed tems in singapore... none of temensis can breed here, so importing tems are the only choice.... keep us updated man your thems rocks!!

its not so much about quality.
ive seen others from the same batch kept by others and some dont look very good.
really dull and plain.
its all about how theyre kept.

yup u right... the first shipping about 3 month ago it's all right, but the second one... last 2 weeks it's not good, many of them DOA.. and others came with the white spot, my friend who run a fish shop also complaining bout the new shipping.... he had to pay for sick fish

that sucks.
the lfs here do sell sick cichla very often.
and very often they die after someone buys them because of the handling and transporting them to a new tank etc.
but ive bought sick cichla lots of times and alot of the times they get healthy very quickly.

yup that's suck, same here they often sell sick fish, but i manage to pick the healty one .... btw how bad cichla impact on your local water? i heard they become problem in your country

yup.
alot of lfs here in asia dont actually care about the fish.
yea,they wiped out a few species and are like,the most common large fish here other than tilapia.
they even depleted the snakehead population ALOT.
and snakeheads are supposed to fierce and whatever.
theyre everywhere now except some canals.
