That is fine but your tortoise doesant seem very healty What temps are you keeping it at? Have you nigth time heat?

i need to fix that its 80 in the day but 70 at night she needs more heat ima get that mercury vapor bulb today if i can

she is very active though and eats alot but im pretty sure with more heat she'd be a little speed demon

Or maybe in that pic you simply get her with her eyes closed and we have nothing to worry about If she acts normaly then everything its ok. Your temp regime its fine.
