What about Scallscale Archer fish?
Toxotes microlepis?



They reach a max size of just under six inches. Would three of those fit? THey also can go up to 1.005 salinity which is the minimum for Violet gobies.

My goodness. Yes it was. I read EVERYTHING on there. SO there's apparently cichlids that can do brackish. ANd my LFS carries one of them. Jewel Cichlids. I think I"ll try that! What do you think? 2-3 of those instead of the Archers? They also had a Jauculatrix too.... poor baby in freshwater. They were however setting up a brackish tank to with dividers to house the archer the puffers and the Violet gobies! I was happy!
