You sure can...since I was getting 9 new snakes, all at once, I bought enough plywood to build new enclosures for everyone.
As soon as I get the glass for the new albino Burms cage and installed, I'll get pics of everyones enclosure.
I want to build Brutus a new, front opening cage, for sure. He was NEVER handled and he's in a top opening cage, right now. Every time the top comes open, he thinks food is coming. So, I definately want a front opening, so I can begin to hook train him, so that I can handle him on a more regular basis.
Everyone has eaten, numerous times. These little Retics are eating machines. Their first meal was live fuzzy rats, as I didn't know if they'd eat frozen. All took them immediately and I was very pleased when they started taking F/T their second meal.
I also got a pic of the female Cobra eating, but only as she was dragging the F/T rat back into her box. The male isn't too willing to share and let me get pics of him...he's still very aggressive.
I was laughing, after I took the pic of the Cobra, when I realized that her hide box is a cut up KOTEX box. No wonder she's so angry, eh? haha!
