tell us all how you get your plant life to thrive in your tank. my java fern grows a couple sprouts now and then but looks the same most of time. yours looks very healthy.

those new gars kick azz :) hope you enjoy them. were you going to get a dat also?

The alge grew on the wood while the wood was still with the previous owner. He used liquid plant fertilizer so I guess that has something to do with that.

Thanks. Funny that you say that about the gar. He actually is the same colour, but the shots are accurate and the previous ones wheren't. The other camera isn't as nice as this one and the colour balance was off.

Thanks! For plants in a preditory tank you can use liquid plant fertilizer, just add the recommended dose with each water change. I am getting the dat from a fellow hobbyist here in Holland.
