The fish on the far left is a female (she looks washed out on her sides) the fish in next to her is the subdominat male and has more coloration than her the fish in front of her is another female and the fourth fish in this picture is the dominant male, this is based on the angle of the photo, it is easier to see the difference in person than by photographs. Also both males have more small black dots on their sides than the opposite sex in this tank. Hope this helps.

If you look at the last photo I took and then the photo of both of your fish together you will notice that the subdominate fish in this case loses the dark mask over the head area, In my tank the "so called mask" on at least three of the females has not faded in the presence of the large male.
