Well I am becoming more and more proud of my ebjd every day. My first relief is that he is thriving, and taking on some quick size. He eats pretty much anything offered, and he has such a great personality. Not one bit shy. I feared that I would have bad luck with him because ebjd's seem to have a bad reputation of being tricky to keep until they get to size, but I have had no issues with him at all (knock on wood). I am very proud of him, and he is hands down my favorite fish I own. Just wanted to share this photo of him. I literally took hundreds of photos with the flash off to capture this one shot. Its hard catching them still and in focus without a flash bleaching them out. Let me know what you guys think. Also, if any of you have any idea on what sex "he" lol might be, please enlighten me! Enjoy, and thank you to everyone who spent the time to pm me when I first got this guy to give me ebjd advice. Always nice to know other enthusiasts are there to help.

Very nice shot! The markings will change as it grows, reminds me a lot of mine. I have pics of him in my album if you want to check him out.

I would be proud to own that EBJD. Good work and good luck with "it" seeing as I don't know the difference in the EBJD. Its fins look rounded comparitivly to other EBJD's I have seen on here so maybe female (if fin points or rounds are an indication.)
