i have one thats like 12" right now(had him a few years)and they are great fish,he is in a tank with all large central americans,and he is actually the boss. He (i just say he not sure)has always been by himself.i will post a pic when i get home from work.

OP, I had to vent them to be sure of sex. ^ this is funny and true, my big female is also the "queen" of the 300g lol...
