Just walked pass his tank and noticed his hump seems to be alittle bigger than so decided to snap a quick pic for comparison.

His hump has gone down slightly the last couple of days, must be because one of the two pumps in my wet-dry died.

Local club member and ACA board member Bob Randall bought a dozen or so 1" barred Midas a few years back while he was down in Ohio for the annual cichlid extravaganza and this is the only one that turned colored out of the whole group all the others remained barred. Luckily I stopped by Bob's place last summer/fall and saw the breeding group of Midas he was keeping. I noticed that this guy was totally different, calico/piebald in a way so asked Bob if I can buy it from him, he said I can have it once it can successfully fertilzied a batch of eggs. Well I got a call a month or so later to pick it up and it's been at my place since
