I understand why you'd feel this way, and I can tell you now that we are working on offering our customers an improved experience. What the lady does is actually accidental, and we've only recently had the chance to talk to her about it, so please give us another chance--and you can always come by when she's not around, which is Monday - Friday. Thanks, again!



Also... Paper Chasin, he doesn't think that you're going to steal. That's the way his face is. Sorry about that. But once you get to know him, he really is a nice guy! ;)
 
i was there yesterday with a buddy of mine. we walked in the lady greeted us but when i said hello to the guy he gave me a dirty look. i was looking to buy something but seems like the guy didnt want to help us so we felt discouraged. drove from koreatown took almost hour and a half to get there. and was excited to pick up some stuff just to feel like i wasnt welcomed. other then that. great stock guys. alittle better customer service would be appreciated.

First, let me tell you that I am on your side. With that said, I can’t emphasize enough that the man’s face is NATURALLY like that, and it is a problem he has been working to solve for quite a while. I think plastic surgery may be the only solution to show customers how much he REALLY cares.

Also, since he’s aware of his expression problem, he waits for people to ask him for help, so that they don’t think he is some angry stalker--so please don’t think that he doesn’t want to help you, he just doesn’t know how to approach you first without looking psychotic.

thanks you for letting me know i really appreciated it. i wasnt mad just felt really discouraged. at the moment. if im in the area i will stop by again. i was wondering if you guys can get any delhezis.

to keep this as nice as possible, i don't like this store. mainly because of the owners giving me the evil eye or just plain ignoring me. i used to come here alot before the new owner, but now i will never come back. regular stock with higher prices

Because we care about our customers, we’ve already brought this to his attention, and (as mentioned in a previous post) suggested that he get plastic surgery, so that he doesn’t unintentionally insult customers with his deformity.

I would also like to invite you to consider the possibility of our store having changed since your last visit.

If you don’t mind, please post/PM the last time you visited our store, so I can investigate the situation and see if it was a recent experience.

Hopefully this reply alone solidifies that a positive change has occurred at our store, as we now have customer service reps, such as myself, running the show (as often as we can!)

Also, I encourage you to visit our store again to see what is available NOW. Currently, we are offering better value (dollar per dollar) than we have ever offered AND we bring in special stock at the desire of our customers.
