The Faranah does like to hang out in the same spot so both pics were similar. The 1029 was taken with a Sony point and shoot which does a really good job. The new pic with the new phone seems to be on par with a real camera. Pretty happy about that since the old phone had a pretty bad camera.
The only way to really figure it out is to post more pics!
