Looks WAY better but still... WTF! My husband and I mayyyy have watched an episode or two of "my 600 lb life" 
and they talk about when they do the stomach bypass surgery that people have stretched their stomachs out to like the size of a football. I wonder if these guys can do this too. It's just so exaggerated, even all slimmed down!
