Updates on Asian Forest Scorplings (Heterometrus sp.)

Hello MKFs,

Here's the update on the Asian Forest Scorplings (continued from here. )


Last week, the babies still look fat and juicy . . .

This week, after their first instar(moult). . .

The babies have already gotten down from their mother's back !!

They seem to have a lot of activities among themselves, making them look pretty sociable eh.

I caught 1 specimen out and tried to take a shot of it.

Thanks Vicious_fish and Ryan. Yup, she does killed the male several months ago.

That's so cool!!!!! How many are there? How does momma scorpion get all of those shells off her back? If I could keep those things in my dorm room I would so buy one of the little ones off of you.

Thanks, I'm actually keeping them in my dorm room...secretly. Those shells will fall off eventually, or you can help to brush them off manually.
