the smaller one is shy. it has been beaten a few times by the big one. also my camera was almost dead so i had to cut the vids short. i will try to get some pics to go with these vids.

thanx, i took the vids not originaly intending to put them here, but more as "full tank" updates. i'll get some more on the aros alone. pics/vids. combo dying camera and angry wife made them short.

here are some pics i just took. the tanks are dark now as i was to lazy to crawl under them to turn on the timers. the smaller on is on to me and it doesn't like to be seen. first three are the smaller one the best one i could get. all i kept getting was tail after tail. the big one does have DE, but it got it after jumping out of the container to hard wood floors, then getting beat up after its bag broke during my move it got worse.

i think i will be selling my small aro. i tried to mix them and that went well...till i left the room. my whife was watching them and as soon as i left the room the big one quickly went over and smacked the small one. i was watching them for 3hrs nothing, not even much flaring. after she told me it attacked the small one i came back in the room. back to the same thing, not even flaring. so after 45mins of peace i tried to leave the room, bang agian. i told her they may go back and forth, then she said the little one is getting demolished. so i came back in, back to nothing. so i went around the corner so the big one couldn't see me, but i could see it. then it went racing over to the small one. they weren't establishing dominance it was going to kill the small one. my lost cause remains my lost cause.

Go to your local family video store and ask them for an old movie card board cutout of an actor person.

Stage that card board cut out infront of your tank to help that little aro until you re-home him.

funny thing is that was brought up as i was talking to my wife about it......my wife couldn't belive what she was seeing...the big aro was not willing to fight when i was looking at it. it would look at me and just "play cool"...

i have a 120gal that the smaller aro is in till i can find a good home for it. i will use the funds from the aros sale to help fund the 120gal's change to salt. all a part of downsizing till i get a house.
