Your calculations are close. I was very worry about the concrete not supporting the tank with water. I had to check with my architect that build my home to insure that it was ok to do it.

Seriously, we need some updated tank shots.

Im still working on the automatic water change and the rest of the stand. Im thinking about adding some sliding rails on the bottom of the stand so I can get a wine rack under there. Pics will come when im finished.

Very impressive Streetlightz.

What's the maintenance like on a tank that size? Do you even bother with smaller tanks around the house or just have one major one going? Seeing the last 2 tanks, I just can't imagine you having a few around the house with tetras or guppies.
