Upgrading redtail tank

With a rtc I would keep it bare.... get a 300 gallon stock tank from tractor supply... multiple members have used it... it's very sturdy.... I have used it before to grow some stingrays out

Alright so i guess the plan is to go to tractor supply and pickup one of these;

And what are you guys thoughts on getting a pond liner for it? Unnecessary?

No you dont need a liner.... there are usually drains on all of these types of stock tanks... most people just close them up.... I would attach hosing with a valve and use that for easier water changes

Heating this size pond isn't easy.... you will need to invest in insulation and large titanium heaters with controls
