URGENT: Can this fish eat the rest of my fish?

My Syno is smaller than this but has never shown any agressiveness at all. In fact I rarely even see it. All I ever see is a big eyeball staring out of the cave looking at me. Nocturnal bottom feeder..

Update: Mine still isn't eating anyone, but harasses the hell out of my little Plecos. Bumps into them all the time and is very territorial.
