Or get Paragurad which does not affect PH and kills all bacterial, viral and parasitic diseases/infections.
However, mainly external. White poop is general hex in EBjD.
I have saved half a dozen w/ epsom salt + metro treatment.

Thank you all for your help! I will try to find some Metro. Is there a particulr brand of it? Or is that the brand? I didnt seem to find it while searching for it

Metro is short for Metronidazole which can be found in API General Cure, Tetra parasite guard or sold as straight Metronidazole by Seachem. API general Cure is usually the easiest to find at Petsmart or Petco I would use this over Tetra Parasite guard if you find both.
