Use something to block the cloud reflection and some no flash and with flash, when he or she gets home. Do you have any tanks in the house?

Almost looks like bacteria or parasite...But the eyes make me think water again....They are all like this?
 
The red streaking on the body looks like hemorrhagic septicemia, which is bacterial.

The eye, I'm not sure. That doesn't look like a classic symptom of anything that I'm personally aware of. You may have a few things going on.
Water contamination was mentioned, and I think that's a good possibility.
Your fish may have another bacterial infection effecting their eyes.

All of these problems may have primarily been caused by some kind of contamination in your pond though. That would stress the fishes immune systems and leave them open to infection. It could also cause the discharge and yellowing in their eyes if it as irritating them.
 
Perhaps they have become week? Or maybe the UV is not working. And by weak, I mean If they have had UV their whole lives, maybe their immune systems are breaking down? This is just a speculative guess though...
