URGENT help needed!!!!

stuff going to come in the can as seen, will have a mettle cap, just poke a hole in the mettle cap and poor some in the lid, I use a soldering brush but a small paint brush, not house painting brush but a one you would use for art. make sure is horse hair or natural or it will melt it. do not worry about putting to much on, get the brush first third good and soaked and dap down the break on the tank and press. hold for 3 to 5 min.
 
the edges i was thinking i may have to sand is the edges that i cut for the doublers in the inside of the tank. the edges can be pretty rough from the band saw.
 
and how long after i glue them in do i need to wait to fill the tank? i read online that it is ok for machining after 24 hours. i would assume that it would also be good to fill after that time. especially since it is not takinf the full brunt of the force. just an insurence policy.
 
one hour to fully set 24 hours to be come full bond, being the corner i would really not worry about it.
 
ok sweet. i have fish displaced into coolers right now and water changes every few hours suck lol. i need to get this taken care of asap. anyone know of any good suppliers that can get this stuff here quick?

so no weldon 40 anywhere in the state. i did however find some weldon 3. i guess the only differnce is that the weldon 3 is the same as 4 just faster curing. what do you guys think?
