I kind of figured that's what you meant lol. No the bb will start to increase in population and develope on ornaments, aquarium glass and substrate.

Thanks dear so its safe to have it without a filter for a day or two if there is water aggregation in tank? I will put this media inside filter when I get a new filter. Please advise.

Yes but keep in mind the bb will need ammonia from dosing or from waste from fish to survive.
