Pimafix and Melafix are not going to be as good as dedicated medication. Can you buy some Tetra Fungus guard or API Fungus cure? Use those according to package instructions.

Yeah they are new fish, and they had white spot aswell
The white spot has now gone, as i have just treated it, so I have to wait till Thursday no when I can do a big water change and add the myxazin,
I can use primafix and melafix until the myxazin arrives thursday
