I am worried that the myxazin will be ineffective (as you perhaps can tell by your fishes’ non-improvement). Can you source some ketoconazole or fluconazole?

Just finished with 5 day course of esha, hasn't got worse or hasn't got better, I'm struggling with this, you think it's definatley mouth rot, I'm gonna leave meds for a bit and just keep water pristine condition see how that is, here's a few current pics, it's only the silver dollars effected
