It looks like his clasper has been bitten in half.

yeah. thats where he was injured first. later the injuries on the edge of his disc appeared.

Put it in its own tank with salt and raise the tem to 85F

just put a seperater in the tank. Keep him seperate from the others for a few weeks nad see if he starts to heal up. If he does, when he is 100% again, try putting them back together and see if they get along or start it again. If it starts to happen again, might have to get him in his own tank or find a new home.

that even I don't know. it was offered as "hybrid motoro" by an LFS who knew nothing about rays.

I'll try and separate the ray today.
