just north of detroit I have been there if it wasnt a 9 hour drive you would have to bid against me.. hehehe.... quick question without sounding to rude.... why do you feel the need to claim that you have the biggest LF collection in the world???? I mean it just sounds like a draw for attention to me..... hope that didnt sound awfully mean
 
Quite simply put... Nobody else has even come close. Its not a show of attention-getting. It's just a likely fact. The purpose is to try for a breeding program.

I don't think anybody ELSE in the world (except maybe the exporter in Africa?) has more than four dozen .....
 
ehhh who cares???? I mean that's great and all but it sounds ridiculous. There is no way of knowing if it is true or not. I would agree you have one of the largest collections. Anyways just rambling but I'm glad you like your fish and good luck breeding them.
 
As for the largest collection - You can ask the guys at Massive Aggression. I got a large number from them just recently, which basically doubled what I had... No guesstimating here. More than 4 dozen reside here with me. No joke. (I did in fact post a "bucket" photo that contained about 20 of them)

As for picking it up - some "jerk" beat me to it... it's off of Aquabid. URGH!!! Being a student I would not have had the time to make that drive anyway.

If you want a picture of each lungfish as proof, I'll gladly provide it. You seem to question it... so ... if you want me to, I'm game.

Not sure if you have the patience to look at over 4 dozen lungfish pictures and deciphering the slight patterns that will ensure that no one is the same fish.

Damn bro I'm not doubting you have 48 lungs or however many you have. I was just saying how do you know nobody on the rest of earth does not have more than you? Just sounds kinda conceded is all. I really couldn't care less. since I think they are kinda ugly personally. They are very cool fish just not very attractive in my eyes. Really nothing personal and once again I'm not saying you are lying. I just think it sounds ridiculous when people brag about their own things is all. Which many people on here do lol. But there are always people who do that. I prefer to try my best to be humble and give praise to others.
