I recently had a thread about my dog who was attacked by two other dogs. One of the APBT grabbed her by neck and she suffered very little swelling initially and no broken skin. The swelling feels like fluid separated from the body in the lower neck region. We're now on day four and the swelling tonight, really increased and now feels tight. Up until now there was no tightness. I'm wondering if it needs to be drained. There was no broken skin, so I don't think its infected. The mistake I made the days following attack was letting my dog be her normal active self and her running/activivty may of worsened the alleged seroma, I'm guessing. I called my vet tonight and haven't heard back and may not till Monday. Wondering if I should pressure bandage it? Any veterinary advice or first hand advice would be appreciated.
Thanks MFKs

I would not pressure bandage. Get to any vet, or at least get one to prescribe antibiotics. apply warm compress, and get to a vet soon as possible.

I don't think its infection but inflammation. I have done a warm compress and it seems to help. She still doesn't show any discomfort but I'm growing concerned.

That dog needs to see a vet.
Have you taken it to a vet since its been attacked?

I'm fairly confident I have diagnosed this right as a seroma but I would like other with experience to chime in. I have been heat compressing for a few hours and it does seem to help.

Unless someone on the forum is a veterinarian, you should probably take the dog to see a veterinarian. And even then a veterinarian on the site would likely tell you to get the dog checked.
Usually you see seromas after surgeries. Somewhere where an incision was made. And most of the time they're small and just go away. But if it's getting bigger, it could be an infection.
My rottie had a small seroma when she was spayed. And it stayed small and then disappeared.
With that being said... You should probably take the dog to a vet.

Seromas are also common following blunt force injuries like dog bites and its not unusual for them to develop days after injury. I should hear back from vet in morning, Ill let you guys know what he says

I don't get it,you ask for advice but just about every answer mentions a vet and then you reply with what you think the problem is.
You should have taken the dog to a vet as I suggested in your other thread a few days ago.
