Cichlid Formula 1mm sinking - as a general staple
Thera-A variant, if one has carnivores (e.g. Boulengerochromis, Frontosas, larger Lamprologines, Ctenochromis Horeii and what not)
Growth formula .5mm - for fry, but unless one's overrun with little wrigglers, crushed "Cichlid Formula 1mm" pellets will do the job just as well.
Thera-A will also work for herbivores. Main difference between the regular formula and Thera-A is the amount of garlic used to stimulate the appetite. I have fed Thera-A to all of my african with solid success.
