You shouldn't be keeping Midas and Jaguars with Frontosa! Frontosa's are very slow and lazy fish and you should not keep them with quick and agressive tankmates.
I got the Frontosa out of a large CA Cichlid community where he was doing really well with fish larger than mine. They even had a Dovii!
And its ok now i have rearange the rocks and they seem to have left him alone.
