The wound between the snout and the eye worries me. It's been what, many weeks, 1-2 months? I think it should have been long healed by now. It's not red at least. It almost looks like a piece of cartilage came off? I am not proposing to do anything. Just wanna hear what others'd say.

Great read! Congratulations on helping him pull through. He is a fighter indeed :)

Jumped on here to ask questions about our TSN and figured I'd update on this guy while I was at it. He fully recovered and fattened back up. Ended up with a chunk missing and a scar near his eye but otherwise perfectly healthy and normal.

After he got sick we could never get him to eat as well as he used to...would never eat pellets and took him a while to eat the f/t from the bottom of the tank. We were concerned that he wouldn't get to eat much that way if we moved him back to the 150...there are some piggies in there (the tsn and some turtles) lol So, we decided to rehome him with another member here (Steven aka mopani) and he's doing awesome! He's in a much bigger tank and eating like a pig again :)

Thanks again for the help everyone!! He would have surely died without it!!
