Also from the pics it looks like it scrapped itself up pretty good. Not sure if those are bichir worms or just damaged scales

Initially thought that but will see how it progresses. I think more damaged scales and Finley’s. The redness under the belly is concerning.

Are any of the fish new and wild caught? I agree it could be a bichir worm infestation. Seeing a lot of that lately. They can leave white patches and red bleeding between scales. Wicked hard to see without magnification. I just usually notice the damage they cause.
 
I see. Are any of them new to you or the same old gang and this popped up?
