IN MY TANK
hi

I require some urgent help please. i lost my frontoza and black ghost knife lastnite.I did a water change and cleaning on Saturday, after dat i saw that my firemouth has hole in the head, i got this fish during the week. i started treatment on sunday and this morning i saw two of my fish were dead. Can fish die of hole in the head so quick or is there something else.

When you cleaned your tank, did you clean all your filters? If so, you could have killed off a substantial amount of your Beneficial Bacteria (BB). Check your ammonia. If it's elevated, do water changes and stop feeding until problem is corrected.
 
Thanks guy today my bala sharks have a a white slime on them. Could this be fungi? I lost the fire mouth yesterday, all my polyterus are now looking pink around the fins and mouth.

No i didn't i got from a friend and i trusted the fish.Never again will i ever do this. I currently lost fish that had no money value to me.
 
Since you didn't answer the other questions, let's just try the most obvious first:

Is there ammonia in your water? Once we know that, we can start helping you.

When cleaning i never remove the bio balls. Have stopped feeding from Sunday.
ammonia is good checked three times.
 
Guys will feeding your fish frozen brine shrimp/lance fish, cause problems to you fish like this. Reason being on Saturday i tried feeding my fish these foods. I also got two other tanks which i also put the same brine shrimp in, which have not affected the other fish
 
Id say the meds killed off your BB. I would stop useing meds, do 40% changes/vacs daily and put salt in accordingly. Hope the rest of them hold on for you. Water parameters and pictures help.
