URGNET HELP PLEASE FISH IS DIEING

I have been keeping fish for the last two years and have never seen anything like this before.When i checked the gills of the dead fish they looked good,red not damaged. The fish didnt have any thing wrong with them. Could it be some substance that has contaminated the tank. I leave my water new water standing over night to make it warm maybe something went in there.

What do i do if the water is contaminated ?
 
Hi guys

I have found the problem, the No2 is very high toxic levels. My test kit was messed up, brought a new one yesterday to double check. whats the best way to bring NO2 levels down.

1)I have done a 30%WC yesterday
2)Put back Coal
3)Add amino pallets
4)Put prime in the amount to take out NO2
5)Tested the water this morning and it was still very high.
6)Did another 30%WC this morning.

Am i doing something wrong, how long does it take for the NO2 levels to come down?
Y didnt the prime work? Does it not work after some time?
Will be going to get some other product that brings down the NO2 levels as the prime i got does not seem to be working.

Please advise what else i can do/try to save my fish?
