Upper Rio negro as in Colombia or Brazil? Upper as in past the Branco, but still in brazil?

I'm assuming Columbia. . . exportation from Brazil is still restricted as far as I know.

Every country in S America has a Rio Negro, LOL There will be pikes, tons of pikes, we are going to Invernada where there are at least 6 species in one location including C celidochilus.
