Correct me if I'm wrong in anyway...What I decided to do:
For the outake:I'll get flexible tubing, like the FilStar or Fluval tubing....
For the intake:I'll leave it the way it is in the first picture...I'll let gravity take its course and allow the water to naturally fall into my wet/dry sump...If I decide to purchase anything for the intake plumbing, it'll be an ON/OFF valve switch for security....
Is my final idea for plumbing o.k. and clear???
